Fiber distribution box
NS-TB803 Type composite distribution box is a necessary product of optical fiber terminal in optical fiber access network. It integrates the fusion, wiring and optical separation of optical cable, and can realize the straight through and wiring of optical cable. The product is used for branch connection of optical cable and winding of butterfly lead-in optical cable, and optical splitter is placed as required. The box body is made of ABS + PC composite material, which has no rust deformation, firm structure, beautiful appearance and long service life. The box body can be installed on the external wall of the building by holding pole, which is used for optical cable fusion and optical cable termination. It also provides branch connection of optical cable and winding of butterfly lead-in optical cable. The box body adopts fusion and wiring separation structure, which is convenient for users to operate and use in daily installation and maintenance.

Maintain
1) The cable shall be connected according to the specified wiring, and each wire shall be firmly connected during connection, and the cable shall not be loose and float in the box;
2) Cable routing should be orderly, reasonable and avoid crossing;
3) The optical fiber should keep free bending in the box, and its curvature radius should be greater than 30mm;
4) When operating the optical fiber, be careful not to puncture the skin and eyes;
5) After the optical cable is stripped and welded, the grounding wire shall be used nearby for grounding;
6) After the construction, the box door should be closed and locked.
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
1) The packaging and transportation of the equipment box shall meet the industry standard. The storage shall be free of acid, alkali, sulfur compounds and other toxic gases in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and open storage is not allowed;
2) The package is packed according to the product packaging specification, with moisture and dust-proof measures. Accessories and spare parts are packed in separate bags and then put into the packaging box. The box is sealed with film and external carton. The carton is painted with rainproof, moisture-proof and direction signs;
3) Transportation: this box can adapt to the transportation of various means of transportation. During the transportation of packaged products, the ambient temperature is required to be between - 40 ℃ and 60 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 90%. The product shall not be exposed to rain, soaking or sunlight when the temperature is above 40 ℃. Loading, unloading and handling shall be carried out according to the transportation operation marks painted on the package, and the products are not allowed to be placed upside down, side placed or turned over;
4) Storage: no heavy articles should be accumulated above the box. Acid, alkaline or other harmful gases in the air of the warehouse should meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations. The indoor temperature is between - 25 ℃ and + 55 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 95%.
