Training and Technical Support
We provide our customers with comprehensive right fiber product and accessories, including knowledge and practices in selecting the right fiber product and accessories, installation handling and maintenance. Training can be conducted in two ways:
1.Training in our factory
This is the method we highly recommend. Any questions and inquiries can be resolved quickly through face-to-face communication with our technical experts.
2.Training in your factory / office
Our engineers have the ability to install cabinet and provide training overseas. However, travel expenses will be paid by the customer.
In addition to face-to-face training, we also provide online technical support. If there are any problems with the cabinet, please contact us.
