The base station integrated cabinet is mainly used for wireless communication base stations, including a new generation of 3G systems, communication/network integrated services, access/transmission switching stations, emergency communications/transmissions, etc.


Base station integrated cabinet structure


The base station integrated cabinet adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet with a thickness greater than 1.5mm, which is composed of an outer box body, internal gold workpieces and accessories. The interior of the cabinet is divided into equipment compartment and battery compartment according to functions. The cabinet is compact in structure, easy to install, and has excellent sealing performance. Its characteristics are as follows:


Strictly abide by the IP protection level, which can effectively avoid the entry of water and dust.


Shape specifications can be customized according to user requirements.


High-quality cold-rolled sheet is processed by precision machinery. Surface pickling and phosphating, outdoor plastic spraying treatment, stable unevenness, acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance.


The door side waterproof sealant strip adopts foam seamless sealant strip, which has excellent sealing performance.


With concealed hinge connection, the tail gate can be opened at multiple angles up to 120 °.


The depth of the mounting plate in the box can be adjusted.


Protection level is IP65.


M8 grounding device post is pre-installed on the shell and tailgate. Hot-dip galvanized sheets are used for small pendants to ensure no corrosion.

Operating conditions: ambient temperature is -30 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃; ambient humidity is ≤95 ﹪ (at + 40 ℃); atmospheric pressure is 70kPa ~ 106kPa;


Material: hot dip galvanized sheet;


Surface treatment: degreasing, rust removal, anti-rust phosphating (or galvanizing), spray plastic;


Cabinet load : it is ≥ 600㎏;


Cabinet protection level: it is IP55 level;


Flame retardant: it meets the requirements of GB5169.7 experiment A;


Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between the grounding device and the box gold workpiece is not less than 2X104M / 500V (DC);


Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between the grounding device and the box gold work piece is not less than 3000V (DC) / 1min;


Mechanical strength: each surface bears vertical pressure is > 980N, and the outermost end bears vertical pressure is > 200N after the door is opened.


AC power distribution system


AC input switch: 1 channel 2P / 60A;


AC load switch: 1 way 1P / 60A; 1 channel 1P / 16A;


Maintenance socket: single-phase 3-hole socket;


All the above switches comply with the IEC60898 standard.


DC power distribution system (optional)


DC load switch: 2 channels 1P / 32A, 2 channels 1P / 16A



Surveillance system


It Includes alarm functions such as power failure, power failure, access control system, temperature, humidity, smoke, water immersion, battery voltage, etc.


AC and DC lightning protection system


The AC power distribution part contains a lightning protection device with a rated flow of 60KA and a maximum flow of 100KA.


The lightning protection device (optional) of the DC power distribution part has a rated flow rate of 20KA and a maximum flow rate of 40KA. The lightning protection device includes a remote monitoring dry node.
